Acorns

This is a smaller festival done right. I saw some great films here and as a filmmaker I was treated very well. The Sunday night attendance seemed a little light, but the publicity, volunteers, downtown area, was all first rate. One venue was a coffeehouse – a little small for my tastes (maybe intimate is the best term???); and I had to buy my own T-shirt Otherwise I would rate it 5 acorns.
